SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, or backordered items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times are not guarantees.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, at our discretion.

Carrier selection, shipping method, and routing are determined by HP Race Development unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Shipping Rates & Taxes

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and import taxes imposed by their country.


Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

HP Race Development is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather

  • customs inspections

  • strikes

  • natural disasters

  • carrier capacity issues

  • events outside our control


Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HP Race Development is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

We may assist with filing a carrier claim at our discretion, but we are not responsible for carrier errors or theft.

Customers are encouraged to select signature-required delivery or purchase shipping insurance if available.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are subject to:

  • return shipping costs

  • reshipping costs

  • applicable restocking or processing fees


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender are subject to:

  • shipping costs (both directions)

  • applicable restocking fees

No refunds will be issued until the product is received and inspected.


Partial Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages. Partial shipments do not entitle customers to partial refunds of shipping charges.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing. HP Race Development has no control over customs clearance times.

Failure to pay duties or taxes resulting in return or abandonment of shipment will result in no refund or refund minus all incurred costs.
